14. 21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold shipment of any additional Product to the Buyer and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting contracts between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
